Self-assembly packaging

      Self-collecting boxes are the most convenient type of packaging for goods.

       They do not need to be glued together. It is enough just to open or assemble the box, insert the goods, close the package using special paper "locks".

      Self-assembled packaging either does not involve gluing at all, or is glued immediately at the printing house. Usually gluing is done at 1, 2 or 3 points. What does this mean? The types of boxes for packaging are:

• 1-point gluing is used for boxes such as double-sided pack, case. Only one side is glued here. The box is opened easily and used as needed. In this way are made packaging for pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, veterinary drugs, perfumes, chemicals, fertilizers, lawn grass, cookies, confectionery, food, semi-finished products, clothing, accessories and other goods. This is the most popular and versatile type of packaging.
• 2-point gluing is used for boxes of the auto bottom type or the so-called candy box. Here the two sides are folded and glued. Next sides are assembled with using cardboard locks. This way made boxes for candy, gift boxes, packaging for linen, packaging for towels, boxes for baby clothes, boxes for soap, packaging for perfume sets, boxes for gift sets etc.
• 3-point gluing is used for auto bottom boxes. Here, besides the side, two gluing points are located on the underside of the box. This is very convenient for the packer of the goods. Such packaging, despite the complexity of the design, turns out to be a little cheaper due to more rational use of cardboard. This way we produce boxes for bottles, boxes for New Year's gifts, packaging for Easter, packaging with handles, boxes for roses, packaging for bulbs, gift boxes for various goods.

Self-assembled packaging is easy to transport and store, because it comes flat to the customers and is assembled as needed.
