This is a classic way of producing printed matter. The offset printing products are of the highest quality due to the relatively low cost of an instance.
Offset printing is already over a hundred years old and today it is a perfect technological process. The printing takes place from specially prepared offset forms, which are installed on the printing machine. The printing element of the mold is chemically treated parts of the surface of the plate. The printing presses roll off an offset paint, which is pressurized to an intermediate carrier (offset cylinder), and from it — on paper, or other printed material. For each paint color, use a separate form. Typically, four color forms are used for full-color printing (CMYK). In addition, additional paints with original properties or colors can be used. Most often, the selection of extra colors takes place on the Pantone system with the help of special color scales.
Due to the wide scope of application, economy and convenience of this printing method, it produces a wide variety of products - from business cards and letterheads to booklets, catalogs, calendars and cardboard packaging.
By the offset printing method, we recommend that you use at least 200 sheets of prints because, due to the peculiarities of the production technology, the more sheets are printed simultaneously (one print run), the less the cost of each print. The most optimal are copies with a circulation of 1 thousand printed impressions.
After printing, you can use additional (postprinting) processing: to lacquer, laminate, folding, running, tight foil, to provide products of complex shape by means of cutting, etc.
